Improving Communication in Radiology

Philips Experience Design 2021 - 2023

During my whole journey at Philips, I have been part of an innovation project around improving communication in Radiology departments in hospitals. As a representative as a lead for Human-AI collaboration and IP (intellectual property), my role revolved around the development of future scenarios, concepts, and features to continuously stimulate progression within the projects of this workstream. Other than creative facilitation and capturing IP, I was involved in extensive validation sessions with end-users (radiology stakeholders) at hospital sites across Europe. Preparing, executing, and evaluating clinical trials led to insights that I used as input for new development processes and the strategic direction of the project in general. Since radiology is a critical and complex clinical context, I gained a lot of clinical knowledge but also experience in stakeholder management, communication, and intellectual property.
